2/2005 to 2/2006 Ericsson, Inc. (consultant for National Wireless providers) Plano, TX

National UMTS/RBS Quality Auditor and E-911 SME: I functioned as the National E-911 SME for Ericsson site development team UMTS network deployment for Cingular Wireless. I Audited RBS installation methods and procedures to ensure Ericsson that all installation sub-contractors met Ericsson standards so that a quality product was produced for the client. I worked with Project managers and Construction managers to improve quality of installation processes and to ensure better customer service. I am one of four people in the USA to be trained and certified in Ericsson’s “Quasis” QA program.( Cingular, T-Mobile, Sprint, ATT,)

Co-Market Lead E-911 project for T-Mobile/Houston and Dallas: Manage 5 two-man field installation crews while up grading 450 cell sites with Location measurement Units and all necessary antennas and cables as well as site survey information. Track all progress daily and report to client and Corporate HQ. Provide technical hardware and troubleshooting support to all field teams. Track all shipping and receiving of materials and Parts and all Return Merchandise Authorizations processes. Track all site revisits for billing reconciliation. Improve efficiency through process refinement. Arrange access and drive to instructions for field crews. Interface with Client, field, Switch, and Corporate entities to correlate data. BTS Installer: Install all necessary hardware and cabling for a new cell site or a site upgrade. Install Ericsson 884 macro/micro BTS cabinets, CDMA radios, TDMA radios, Power One and Marconi rectifiers, Power Wave amplifiers, all required RF, data, power and ground cabling as well as punch down blocks for alarms and commission rectifiers. Troubleshoot all equipment hardware and power all systems.QA all installations for 100% operation status before leaving depot.

Field Supervisor: Install cat 3 voice and cat 5 data cabling back bones for high-speed computer networks.
